硬 件威盛ARTiGO A820搭載1.0GHz NXP i.MX 6DualLite Cortex-A9 處理器，具有先進的2D / 3D影像處理能力，支援OpenGL ES 2.0硬件加速，板載Micro SD卡插槽，4GB eMMC快閃存儲器，以及1GB DDR3 SDRAM。
威盛ARTiGO A820尺寸僅為150mm x 30mm x 125.5mm (W x H x D)，提供的豐富的I / O裝置和顯示擴展選項，其中包括一個HDMI接口，一個RS-232/485 COM接口，一個DIO接口支持8-bit GPIO，三個USB 2.0接口，兩個以太網接口以及一個miniPCIe插槽。它也可以通過板載的USB針腳或miniPCIe插槽容納可選Wi-Fi和3G無線模塊。
軟 件威盛ARTiGO A820提供一個優化Android 6.0 BSP 或Linux BSP (Kernel 3.14.28)工具套件，支持所有關鍵的板載硬件功能以加速開發、部署和簡化系統管理。全套的軟件客制化服務能加速產品上市時間，有效降低開發成本。ARTiGO A820也同時支持防止系統崩潰的看門狗定時器（WDT）。
